My Professional Background
I'm a qualified coaching practitioner and obtained my ICF and COMENSA-accredited certification at the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP). My professional background is in banking & finance, strategy, operational excellence and business transformation. I have over 24 years corporate experience gained mainly in banking and financial services, my last corporate role having been as Chief Operating Officer in the financial services and SME development sector. I'm also an MBA graduate (Wits Business School) and currently specialise in leadership development and coaching.
